I provide workshops and coaching for beginning and advanced storytellers

As an experienced teacher I conduct or help develop workshops for educators or other specific groups of interested adults or children

As a coach of groups or individuals, I assist in developing stories for varied settings or purposes

As a storytelling coach, I can help you become a better storyteller and assist you in developing your storytelling skills. While listening and working with stories people often develop a clearer understanding of their own experiences.

With my experience in dramatization I can help you use creative drama to tell stories in many diverse settings.

Bringing History Alive

Through my own personal stories I bring periods in history alive.

Through stories we can discover that we all have very many of the same fears, feelings, and joys. I help participants to develop their own personal stories and tell them. It is important for us to know each other’s stories and thus have greater understanding and appreciation of ourselves as well as other people.


Bringing Books Alive

My interest in children’s literature allows me, through storytelling, to bring to life stories that are in books and thus encourage more reading and research by the listeners, children and adults.
